Our Services

Built for the way you live.

Whatever stage your project is at, we can help — from first sketches to final handover.

01

Custom Architectural Builds

Over 11+ years building custom architectural homes in Launceston, Bridport and surrounding areas. Whether you've got architectural plans ready to go, or you're starting with nothing but land, I'll guide the project through council approvals, engineering, and construction — as the one licensed builder on site from start to finish. Every build starts with a proper site and design review — orientation, materials, budget and council requirements — worked through before a single stump goes in the ground, so there are no surprises once construction starts.

02

Certified Passive House

I'm a certified Passive House tradesman — high performance building isn't an expensive upgrade here, it's simply how I build. Homes that are warmer in winter, cooler in summer, quieter, and cheaper to run, built to genuine Passive House principles rather than just marketed as "energy efficient."

03

Heritage Restoration

Careful, considered restoration work on Launceston and Bridport's older housing stock — retaining the character and detail that makes a heritage home worth keeping, while bringing it up to a modern standard of comfort and performance.

04

Major Renovations

Whole-home renovations that modernise, improve energy efficiency, and add value — while keeping the character that made you buy the place. Structural work, trades and finishing are all managed end to end, under one point of contact.

05

Extensions

Need more space? Single and double-storey extensions designed and built to match your existing home's character and structure — not bolted on as an afterthought — from council approvals through to the final coat of paint.

Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations

Full kitchen and bathroom renovations — layout changes, plumbing and electrical work, cabinetry, tiling and fit-out, managed start to finish.

From full strip-outs to complete reconfigurations, kitchen and bathroom renovations are coordinated end to end — plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling and cabinetry — so you're dealing with one point of contact, not five different trades.

Common Questions

Services — Frequently Asked

Do you take on new builds, restorations and renovations?
Yes — custom architectural builds, certified Passive House builds, heritage restoration, extensions, and major and minor renovations are all part of what I do, regardless of what stage your project is currently at.
I don't have plans yet — can you still help?
Yes. Whether you own land with no plans, or you're still deciding, get in touch and we'll talk through next steps, including connecting you with a designer or draftsperson if needed.
How long does a typical renovation take?
It depends on the project — a kitchen or bathroom renovation is a very different undertaking to a full new build. We'll give you a realistic timeframe for your specific project at the initial site visit, based on scope, council requirements and current lead times.
Do you handle council approvals, heritage overlays and engineering?
Yes — I guide new build, heritage restoration and major renovation projects through the approvals process, including heritage overlay requirements, and can help coordinate engineering where it's still outstanding.
